At SamiSons Uniforms, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 7-day return and exchange policy.

  • Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:

    • You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to return or exchange an item.

    • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

    • Please note that customized or personalized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless defective or damaged.

  • How to Return or Exchange:

    • Contact our customer service team at Info@samisonsuniforms.com within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

    • You will receive a return authorization and instructions for shipping the item(s) back to us.

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or an error was made in fulfilment.

  • Refunds:

    • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund to the original payment method.

    • Refunds may take 5–7 business days to appear on your account depending on your payment provider.

  • Exchanges:

    • If you would like to exchange an item, please indicate the new size or product you wish to receive when contacting our customer service team. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • Non-Returnable Items:
